Pursuant to it, the sample and description of a Braille stencil were approved for filling in the ballot in the referendum of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and measures were identified to provide each referendum precinct with stencils to ensure that blind and visually impaired voters can express their will in the referendum ballot.

It was also stressed that special attention should be paid to holding voting processes on the ground floor of buildings for the convenience of citizens with disabilities, in addition to considering the special needs of citizens with disabilities during the preparation and distribution of printed, presentation, audiovisual, and other campaign materials.

It was pointed out that conditions would be created at the referendum precincts so that disabled voters could review information and posters on the referendum and vote freely, without obstacles, and in secret for the option of their choice.

According to the decision on the accreditation of media representatives, 144 local and 11 foreign media representatives were accredited. As of today, the total number of accredited local and foreign media representatives stands at 651.
