RESOLUTION
OF THE CENTRAL ELECTION COMMISSION
OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN
On approval of the Regulation on the procedure for collection of signatures in support of the nominated candidate for the Presidency of the Republic of Uzbekistan and verification of accuracy of signature sheets
In accordance with Articles 14 and 16 of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan decrees:
1. To approve the Regulation on the procedure for collection of signatures in support of the nominated candidate for the Presidency of the Republic of Uzbekistan and verification of accuracy of signature sheets in accordance with the Annex.
2. To recognize the Resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 23, 2016, No. 740 "On approval of the Resolution on the procedure for collecting signatures and verification of accuracy of signature sheets by political parties" as invalid.
3. This decision shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan as well as in other sources.
4. Control over implementation of this Resolution shall be assigned to the Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. Kuchkarov.
