RESOLUTION
OF THE CENTRAL ELECTION COMMISSION
OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN
On Approval of Regulation on the Procedure for Activities of the Constituency Election Commissions Which Conduct Elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
In accordance with Articles 14 and 16 of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan hereby decides:
1. To approve Regulation on the procedure for activities of the constituency election commissions which conduct elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to annex.
2. To consider invalid the Resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On approval of the Regulations on constituencies and constituency election commissions conducting elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan” dated September 15, 2016 No 732.
3. To publish this resolution on the official website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as other resources.
4. To impose control over execution of this resolution on the Deputy Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan B.Kuchkarov.
