The Association of Asian Election Authorities (AAEA) is a regional non-governmental organization of election authorities in the Asia-Pacific region. AAEA was established on February 10, 1998, at a conference held in Manila, Republic of the Philippines, with the goal of information exchange and ensuring open and transparent elections in the region. The Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan has been a member of AAEA since 2014 and a member of the AAEA Executive Board since 2022. Currently, the organization includes the election authorities of 19 countries.
